This feature enables IT admins to customize a portion of the user notification messages for recording and transcription during Teams calls.
This feature saves you time by automatically connecting your meetings to the correct CRM records. You have the right deal insights at your fingertips when preparing for customer conversations, so you can focus less on updating records and more on selling with confidence and context.
Walking into a customer meeting with incomplete context can mean missed risks, overlooked issues, and conversations that fall flat. With access to richer data, like service tickets, directly in your meeting prep, you can spot open issues and opportunities before the conversation starts. This insight helps you engage more meaningfully, build stronger relationships, and drive better sales outcomes.
Sales agent gives you strong CRM-based account and opportunity summaries, but important context is often spread across non-CRM systems. With this capability, you can add insights from any application to enrich account and opportunity summaries in Sales agent, so sellers get a unified view of their accounts and deals in one place without switching applications.
A multi‑channel outreach capability, spanning web chat, voice, SMS, and email, is critical for meeting customers in the channel they naturally prefer and increasing the likelihood of timely engagement. By activating the agent across multiple surfaces, we ensure continuity of conversations, reduce drop‑off when a single channel fails, and support the FY27 goal of always‑on, end‑to‑end engagement from initial intent to close. This creates higher response rates, faster qualification, and a more seamless handoff to sales motions.
To reach their sales goals, sales teams need to constantly generate enough pipeline. They need to decide which inbound leads to engage. This decision takes a lot of time because sellers must sift through large amounts of data across tools and data sources. This data includes information from internal systems like their CRM and external resources like the web and third-party data services. Sales Agent handles the work of reviewing every available data source to create a comprehensive summary for each lead. As a seller, you can quickly decide whether to engage with a prospect or pass on them. Sales Agent reviews every lead in your queue and gathers information. It synthesizes insights that are specific to your business. At a glance, you can see if a lead is worth reaching out to and what they're interested in. Use this information to personalize your engagement with the prospect. With Sales Agent, you spend less time and get higher response rates, leading to a larger, more qualified pipeline.
You’ll soon be able to bring your Microsoft Planner into Microsoft Cowork. In Cowork, you can view, create, and update your plans, buckets, goals, and tasks without switching apps.
