Microsoft Teams: Meeting Shared Files

<p>The new Meeting Shared Files feature allows users to add relevant files and links to their meeting for easy access and to automatically share that content with all meeting participants. AI in the meeting, like the Facilitator agent, uses these files for targeted grounding to answer questions and enhance skill functionality.</p>
