We are enabling Microsoft Dataverse as a native knowledge source in Copilot Studio, expanding the platform’s ability to ground AI agents in structured enterprise data. This enhancement allows organizations to leverage business-critical information stored in Dataverse—including records, customer data, operational data, and business application content—as a trusted knowledge source for agent experiences.
