OneDrive: Improved OneDrive experience in iOS Files app

OneDrive is updating its integration with the iOS Files app to use Apple's Replicated File Provider API. This update provides end-user improvements such as better upload progress. As part of the change, read-only Shared and Libraries locations will no longer appear in the Files app integration. Users can use Add to OneDrive for shared content and libraries they need to access, including write access where permitted.
