Copilot in Engage has now been integrated with M365,providing the same rich access to the M365 Graph, and helping you natively access Microsoft data in the flow of Engage. Alongside this update, you can expect improved AI-powered writing assistance that bring in email/chat/files data to help craft both the content and style of your message
