Updated the Update fileStorageContainer permission method to support the PATCH /storage/fileStorage/containers/{containerId}/permissions(email='{email}') and PATCH /storage/fileStorage/containers/{containerId}/permissions(userPrincipalName='{userPrincipalName}') endpoints. Updated the Delete fileStorageContainer permission method to support the DELETE /storage/fileStorage/containers/{containerId}/permissions(email='{email}') and DELETE /storage/fileStorage/containers/{containerId}/permissions(userPrincipalName='{userPrincipalName}') endpoints.
